Dear Parent/Guardian,
We are very excited that you are considering sending your child to Kids’ Camp this summer! During the week, your child will be participating in all sorts of fun activities, songs, crafts, games, and so much more!
The Kids’ Camp will be in the evenings from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Monday July 20th to Friday July 24th. The Kids’ Camp will not run on the Wednesday July 22nd; however you and your family are welcome to attend the service that is being held at the church at 7:00 pm on that date.
On Monday July 20th, please arrive with your child at the church at 5:30 pm in order to finalize your child’s registration and sign them in. Please provide $ 5 per child (or $ 10 per family) in order to cover costs of materials and snacks. On other nights, your child can be signed in by a parent/guardian at 5:45 pm and signed out when they are picked up at 8:20 pm after the Kids’ Camp has finished.

Please send in the completed application as soon as possible as space is limited.
